Well at least it wasn't made in GoAnimate. But I remember seeing a picture on the web that showed Mario beating up a koopa with an angry Ninja Turtle behind him ready to kick his ass.

Actually it wasn't a lie. His nose WILL grow when he tells a lie. If he were to say my nose will grow right now. There would be a short delay causing the lie, then his nose would grow but not when he said.
